The PlotThickens: Job Description
Interns will be asked to carry out the following tasks to supporttheir teams:
Media monitoring: Scan for client media coverage and compile reports
Research: Compile relevant speaking and awards opportunities, put togetherpreliminary findings for new business pitches, etc.
Media relations: Monitor and flag editorial opportunities, compile media lists, and createreporter briefing sheets
Writing: Draft social media posts, press releases, media invites, etc.
The Hero’s Background:Qualifications
Good command ofwritten and spoken English and Chinese; good command of spoken Mandarin a plus
A working knowledgeof Microsoft Windows 7/8.1 and Microsoft Office 2010/2013 which includes Word,Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Pursuing aBachelor’s degrees in Business, PR/Advertising, Communications, Journalism orLinguistics
Possession of aleadership role in any extracurricular activity

協助資料準備和市場調研工作：Pick客戶一手資料，走在行業前端；整理調研報告以配合客戶提案
內容撰寫：撰寫社交媒體推文、新聞稿、獎項摘要；整理與撰寫總結報告
活動：提供現場支持及供應商管理
脫穎而出…
優秀的中英文讀寫水平，擅長中英互譯，普通話標準；熟練使用Word, Excel, Outlook 以及 PowerPoint
熱愛公關行業；每周可實習3天以上且能連續3個月以上（不含雙休日）
廣告、公關、新聞、傳媒、語言類相關專業在讀本科生或研究生
有廣告、公關、新聞、傳媒、廣告實習經歷者優先
